Almost every individual living in this universe wants to become slim, sexy, and sleek. It is almost every individuals dream to have that "six-pack abs". To possess these physical qualifications makes this person confident. Usually our physical attribute will affect our personality and most of all our self esteem.


Most obese people would feel so insecure especially in approaching the opposite sex. One of the manifestation of an obese person is the belly fat. Belly fat is so humiliating and it makes a person becomes very insecure. The worst when the insecurity goes beyond psychological level that makes the person sick.

There are three kinds of fats that are identified according to its location. The fat that is in the bloodstream is called triglycerides, the fat that is located under the skin is known as subcutaneous fat and the omentum fat. The omentum fat is located inside the abdominal muscles.

Omentum fat or belly fat tends to be the more prominent fat of the body. It can be a very tough adversary. Many have tried to eradicate it but with out will-power and discipline you would most likely be defeated. The first thing that we need to know is the reason we have these fats.

Most middle-aged persons have stomach fat. Our metabolism slows down as we get older. This means that as we get older we do not burn as much calories as when we were younger. Because of these we tend to store fats. Women that have been pregnant, those who indulges in eating too much and beer drinkers would most likely to have belly fat.

Although belly fat is one of the most prominent manifestations of excess body fat, it is the fat that you start losing when losing weight. Infact when the over weight or obese loses weight they tend to have a significant result in the belly area compared to those who has lesser body fat to lose.

The best solution to eradicate any kind of excess fat is through diet. There is no crush diet method that can be used to make you lose belly fat permanently. It is just a simple diet with a lot of discipline and dedication.

Diet is the most essential thing when it comes to losing weight. A good exercise without the proper diet will just end up to wasteful activities.

Fruits and vegetables have the reputation to be the best ingredients for losing fats. Scientific study have shown a lot of evidence that diet that includes fruits and vegetable are the best diet to lose weight.

A diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts, low-fat dairy, beans, seeds, and poultry is the best diet when you desire to lose weight. Also a diet low in calorie and rich in whole grains can trim down that extra belly fat.

A lot of people lose weight easily with a 1,600 calorie diet. When choosing fats, it is often important that we choose the Mono-unsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAS). Good example of foods that contains MUFAs is avocado, seeds, nuts, olives, soybeans, and chocolate, olive and canola oils. Latest study shows that the MUFAs diet may target the fat in your belly.

The most common reason a person has belly fat is because that person loves to eat. Now I will give you more of the yummy foods that instead of adding more fats into you belly will help to eradicate it.


I will talk a little about the food and the benefits it offer.

Avocado is delicious and contains 10 grams of mono-saturated fats that controls blood sugar. The blood sugar is responsible in storing fats in the midsection.

Banana has potassium about 422 milligrams per fruit. Potassium has mineral that limits the swelling of the belly. A cup of yogurt will aid the production of good bacteria in your system, these good bacterial will kick the bugs that produces bloating in the stomach. The carbohydrates and protein that there is in yogurt will also help to stabilize the insulin. The Insulin is a hormone that commands you body to store fats.

Do you like to have chocolate? You can have it now but only chocolate with skim milk. Yes, a glass of chocolate with skim milk will build you muscles. A glass of green tea would also revitalize your metabolism to work faster and burn at least 30 calories.

Now, the fiber is one of the best diets for all individual. It is being proven that fibrous diet will stabilize the blood sugar of the body, it lowers the risk of cancer and it controls the appetite of a person.

Fiber can be found in oatmeal and brown rice. You can also have it in vegetable and fruits. Eating less fiber is the most common reason why most women became fatter. Eating at least 25 grams of fiber everyday will drain the fats away.

Fiber will allow anything that is inside your digestive system move faster especially it is combined with water. When you add plenty of fiber in your diet it is more likely you get much from it and you would not need more calories to because you get full with the bulk of fiber that is taken in during meals.

There are studies from the Human Nutrition Center that concludes that a low fat diet alone would not work not unless they are more of fibrous fruits, vegetables and whole grains. This low fat diet can even add to the stored fat when it is low in fiber and high in sugar content and salt especially when the food has preservatives in it.

Now, our concern is how to add the fiber in our diet. These fibers should be added consistently but slowly and abrupt change of diet to fiber in large volume would sometimes cause gas. The fiber intake should be divided equally in you meals throughout the day.

Carbohydrates will be breakdown into glucose and glucose which in turn will be stored as glycogen. When carbohydrates are taken at a higher level the glycogen will store water that will cause bloating. But, carbohydrates should not be eradicated. It should only be taken with in an acceptable level which is 45-65 percent. It should not be taken below 45 percent and should not more than 65 percent.

A good diet program must be carefully followed as to maximize the desire to weight loss.
