Diet Pill Works But I Can't Sleep

Hi am 34 yrs old and I started using a diet pill almost a year ago. But I do not take it continously.I usually take the pill for 1 month, when I feel and notice that I already lose my weight by atleast 3 kilos I stop taking it.
I have to admit it really works for me but the problem is when i stop taking the pill, my eating habit comes back kasi po tabain ako. I also think my metabolism is very low and that's why i gain weight immediately i stop using the pill. So I really need to discipline my eating habit coz' i love cakes and desserts!
I am not that fat but am very conscious, di naman ako sexy gaya ng iba but i just don't want to see my belly coming out whenever i close my pant.
I am a mother of two angels but of course every mother also wants to look sexy not just for their husband or any body else but for themselves, isn't it?
Frankly speaking the pill works well with me coz am a water drinker. I drink a lot of water in a day and I choose water over drinking cola or juices, but the side effect for me is that i can't get to SLEEP!
...and it's really giving me bad days! So my question is, is it okey to take the pill continuously? Or is it okey to take the pill every other month? When you feel that you gain weight can you take it again and again?
And if i cannot get sleep while taking this pill, is there any alternative that you can atleast advice other than stoping me from taking the pill?
Hope you could answer my question about it, and i will be looking forward on it! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Editors Note:
Purple, and Happy New Year to you. First i need to note to you that it is the side effects (like the lack of sleep you are having) that discourages many professionals from recommending most diet pills. For example topamax was tested for weight loss but was discontinued inspite of results because of side effects. (See story of a man that loses weight without trying using topamax here) Side effects is a sign that your body is trying to reject that pill.
You seem very interested in using a weight loss pill. What i can suggest are the diet supplements. Hoodia based diet pills have great testimonials and has clinically not shown any side effects. Unfortunately most of the Hoodia products sold are fake (i.e. donot contain Hoodia). The alternative is the equally effective Caralluma Diet Pill. I have reviewed it here.
The ultimate in losing weight is a lifestyle change. GHF weight loss program provides that. Getting a pill month after month is more expensive than getting a GHF membership and deal with your tummy fat once and for all.
