Celebrities are watched a lot infact you can get monthly logs of what’s happening in their lives or the internet.

One day they are dragging around this weight another day they have a picture perfect body gracing a magazine cover. The truth is that these famous personalities do not exactly have a secret that they have managed to keep away from the rest of us. Their diets are still based on a negative calorie approach. It is infact the only way to lose weight.

In addition they exercise a lot. Probably that last part of the exercises is the killer for the general public. But it doesn’t mean that famous personalities are more focused or more disciplined than us regulars. However they do have somethings that work for them that you do not exactly have. Celebrities are a brand, their bodies are their business and to them image more so body image is everything. They make their money both by what they do and how they look. You do not endorse and make the face of a product if you are not picturesque. So when they have to lose weight they mean business.

As concerns food there are personal chefs, dietician and nutritionist, on exercise there are personal trainers and exercise physiologist not to mention state of the art equipments.

Par adventure they felt demotivated there are success coaches and psychologist. All this is not without saying that they have the money to pay for the best of the best on those making results nearly guaranteed. Often for the athletic celebrities you can add free products.

And since the media makes celebrities obsessed with their bodies, your favorite personality will work to be in that perfect red carpet body. And they rarely fail to get that media rave.

Evidently famous diets are made in a number of ways. Some like the Janet Jackson Diet are designed for the celebrity. Others like Oprah’s weight loss plan are designed by the celebrity, while others acquire fame when a famous person chooses to use them for weight loss.

South Beach Diet that is said to have been used by Bill and Hilary Clinton former U.S. president and his wife to lose weight. Few celebrities have the natural figure 8 and trim physiques you see on magazine covers and red carpets as the camera lights flash. They work to get it. The only advantage and probably big advantage is that they have more resources and incentives to help them lose weight.

This by no means does it make it impossible for the rest of us to get the same. Indeed some regular Janes and Joes have achieved it. The difference is that you’ll have to search for effective motivation. In addition you have to work with whatever you have access to to achieve results.
