I Broke My Boss' Chair. . . And Slightly Emptied A Pool
I am a teacher at a high school and these are just two of my experiences of being fat. I once had a meeting with a couple of other teachers and the principal.
We all entered her office and there were these beautiful wooden chairs around her desk. I was last to enter and everyone else had already sat down, so of course everyone's eyes were on me.
I pulled out the last chair and sat down on it, the second my weight left the ground and went onto the chair, the back right leg snapped... it was very embarrassing but thankfully the principal was understanding, she got me another chair.
That experience triggered a serious search for a weight loss program.
But that was not the only time i had an "experience" with my weight. Not too long ago, i went to my sisters house one summer for a pool/bbq party. It was for the whole family and all our friensd so there were about 20 or 30 people there.
Nice idea and everyone was having a great time until i, decided to go for a swim with my nieces and nephews... i was wearing shorts and t-shirt (can't be caught dead in any type of swimming suit...) so i went to get in and thought it might be fun to kind jump off the little diving board (bad idea as you can imagnine!!!)
So i jumped and caused the biiiiiiiiggest splash anyone there had ever seen! A LOT of water was splashed out of the pool, and the level even went down slightly, i drenched a few people who were standing near by the pool and they had to go change.
