Dukan diet is fast weight loss strategy that Pierre, it creator,
caution people with a healthy weight from using.
It
is designed to help
one to quickly lose excess body weight over a short period of time.
The
Dukan method consists of 4 main phases.
Attack Phase:
This is short phase of a high protein diet targeted to lose
you
alot of weight fast. It is mean to give you some immediate results for

Cruise Phase: This
follows that attack phase and involves alternating a high protein diet
with proteins and vegatables.
Consolidation Phase:
This phase constitutes 10 days for each kilogram or two pounds of

Stabilization Phase:
This stage is meant to be a lifestyle. Oat bran is a daily

restrictive espaicially in the first phase. It does ease out by
allowing carbs in the last stages.Evidently the plan worked pretty well

even before the twins, J'Lo has not been one with weight issues. And
though there was no exact weight loss diet that one could identify, we
can stich one up from her interviews and comments she makes about
her beauty, health and
fitness.
Her
lifestyle seems to be highly supportive of a healthy weight. This
is the
only way to get results you can keep.
J'Lo
is reported to say "I
don’t drink, ever, and I don’t smoke and
don’t do drugs".And
as much as this is a good thing for a celebrity to say to her fans, it
is also a lifestyle that helps in successful management of
weight.
Although
alcohol has not exactly been scientifically tied to weight
gain there are strong indications that it is associated with an
increased waist to hip ratio. The waist hip ratio is a proven health
indicator of heart disease and insulin resistance.
Waist Hip Ratio is one of the leading weight loss tools.
You
should know that alcohol though not a carbohydrate does contain
seven (7) calories per gram. This is nearly twice as much as
carbohydrate (4 calorie/gram) and nearly equal to fat

designer is an impressive rage to riches story having been raised in
the Bronx, New York. She refers to herself in one of her hit songs as
