Juanice after 50 pounds
Thanks to exercising daily (walking and swimming)I've lost over 45 pounds! I was 205 pounds and a size 16 in jeans, Now I'm 155 and in a size 8!
I would leave my car at home take the bus to a certain location and walk a mile and a half to work for 2 months when i first started out, i also swim five times daily.
Eating Lean Cuisine meals for dinner helped me keep track of the calories I was consuming each day. Without these meals, I would not have lost the weight I did.
I was never able to manage my eating habits until I found the Lean Cuisine meals. I'm glad I now know how to eat healthier. I know what to put into my body and what not to. I feel healthy again and so happy to fit into the stylish clothes I haven't been able to wear for years.
My family is so happy for me and I think I am a role model now for them. Everyone I run into wants to know my secret. I've learned to balance meals and exercise to keep the weight off.
