The lemon, maple & cayene recipe for master cleanse

 


The master cleanse recipe is a simple mixture of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup Grade B, cayenne pepper powder and distilled water. Though simple, the recipe needs to use the correct master cleanse ingredients as well as the correct proportions to get results.

Equally important is that one needs to follow the correct master cleanse instructions to a tee.

Below, we will show you the master cleanse recipe for a single serving. This is basically a glass of the lemonade diet drink. And then we will also show you the recipe for the daily serving that can vary between six to 12 glasses.

You should not make more that a daily serving of the lemonade diet drink because the lemon will quickly go bad; even if you refrigerate it.

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup 
  • 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
  • 10 oz glasses of distilled water (This is around 295ml of water)


If you have never done this regiment before, it is best first to make just one glass using the measurements above. 

This will give you a feel of how the drink tastes. 

If you find you have a problem with cayenne in particular, your alternative is to reduce the amount. 

Then increase the amount daily to the half a table spoon daily. 

Avoid using capsules; you want the cayenne in the lemonade drink.

This mixture can give as much as 1200 calories a day to as low as 600 calories depending on the number of glasses you take in a day. 

If you are using master cleanse for weight loss, take few glasses, preferably 6 a day. But do not go below six.

The following is the recipe for making your daily serving of six lemonade diet drinks.

  • 60 ounces of filtered water
  • 12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
  • 12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper powder


How to make the lemonade diet drink

Warm 60 ounces of distilled water to medium hot. Note that you are not using tap water. Master Cleanse is primarily a detox protocol, the last thing you want to do is to use tap water that often contains toxins to detox. Heating the water will make it easy to dissolve I the other ingredients.

Then squeeze out some lemon juice. It takes about 6 large lemons to make 12 table spoons of fresh lemon juice. Make sure you are using organic lemons. Donot use packaged lemon juice at all; it has to be fresh lemon juice you just squeezed. This juice will last for about 8 hrs before it goes bad. So the maximum serving you can make is for a day.

Add the 12 table spoonfuls of the lemon juice into the warm water and stir. Then add 12 table spoonfuls of dark maple syrup. Keep in mind this is authentic maple syrup and not the corn syrup that has been flavored with maple taste. Pancake syrup and all the other table syrups are a NO NO!

Stir to mix.

The there is half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Also add this and stir thoroughly to get a good mixture.

For some people, cayenne gives the drink a really bad taste. Cayenne can have a very strong nearly intolerable kick for some. Many have recommended you use capsules instead. That is buy capsules, put the cayenne in the capsules and then take the capsules with the lemonade.

However this modification will not get you the greatest results. You need the cayenne pepper in the drink itself.

To deal with the strong taste, you will need to learn to like the taste. Use smaller amounts the first day and keep increasing to the prescribed half a table spoon. This will be much more gentle to your stomach giving you time to adjust.

Serve yourself a glass and drink after every one and a half to two hours.
