Natural weight loss as far as it is possible is the best way to lose weight. The use of weight loss drugs, products and other similar support structures should be used to supplement the natural weight loss process.

A word of caution here, all your meals should be well balanced. Though of low calorie, your carbohydrates should be whole, include some proteins and healthy fats. In addition include vegetables and fruits. You do not want to develop deficiencies of any kind. Always remember you are trying to work with your body not to coerce it or deny it.
With this kind of a diet a calorie deficit is introduced into your diet without throwing your body physiology into a panic by starving it.
Together with a decreased calorie diet you need to include some level of physical activities to use up the body fat you already have. Some do believe a diet that introduces a calorie deficit is enough to result to weight loss. However use of exercise maximizes on the natural processes to burn body fat.
Such exercises should last for atleast 45min and done three times a week. To achieve maximum effect, exercises in a natural weight loss these exercises should target the aerobic energy system of the body. This system uses fatty acids in the presence of oxygen. This means that you will have to burn fat if you evoke this energy system.
And how do you evoke it?
You will need to do exercises that demand lots of energy but those that require you to be breathing a lot. They include aerobics as well as resistance training. it just depends on how its done.
Combined with the above diet such physical activities will provoke the body to burn body fat resulting to natural weight loss.
Unfortunately, the reality on the ground is that few can be able to go through with a pure natural weight loss.

Obesity has been defined as multi-factorial disease, meaning it is a condition that results from a number of factors. This in essence means that the reason that your diet makes you fatter and you have little physical activities is due to more than just diet and exercises.
