Original vs. imitation?

My story is this; my husband's cousin's wife introduce me to this slimming capsule and assured me to be very effective,she sold me the capsule for 500 pesos per one box, after taking for about three months together with exercise, i achieved my goal.

After a year, i got pregnant,so when i gave birth to my youngest and stop breastfeeding, i start to take this capsule again but i bought the med from a mall for only 180 pesos but it now seemed not to be effective on me.

Now i cant take the med properly because i feel bad every time i take the capsule,so i conclude that the med i bought from the mall was animitation.

Recently i started taking zhen de shou again, but i am worried because of negative news I hear about it.
