High insulin results to more body fat being created, low insulin reduces amount of body fat being created.

On the other hand, insulin concentration in the blood is regulated by the food we eat. In particular carbohydrates. When carbs are digested into glucose they spark the release of insulin so as to regulate the concentration blood glucose. Insulin does this by turning excess glucose into fat.

So during the week, you will be on an extreme low carb diet. Hence on the weekend, you switch to a high carb diet. By using a high carb diet, you will be loading up your body with carbs or glucose. Your high carb diet will store glycogen(a form of carb your body uses) for the next week.
