Topamax Weight loss - Lost 150 Pounds Without Even Trying

My husband has been on topamax pills for a while for tremors and possible seizures. When he started out on topamax for treatment of the seizures his weight was at 345 pounds. And he has been at this weight for a little over a year.

After starting topamax he is now at 200 pounds. He is losing weight without trying. He is usually in bed most of the time and does no exercises. This is proof you do lose weight with topamax.

He took 25mg for two weeks, then 50mg for 6months. Now he is on 100mg twice a day and I am worried he will keep losing weight.

He went from a size 48 pants and is now in size 38 pants. He is rarely hungry.

Barbar, that is quite interesting. Thanks for sharing. But i do need to note that her husband is on medical treatment for seizures. This is what the drug (topamax) is prescribed for.
