Weight loss exercises at home
are the perfect workouts if you cannot access a gym. Infact exercising
at home without the need for equipments or even weights makes it easier
for most of us to keep up with your physical exercises

This particular
video has Yuri Elkaim of MyFitterU.com doing six body-weight fat loss
exercises that require only the floor and a wall. He is using
a
technique called circuit training for utmost impact.
Circuit training
combines high intensity aerobics with resistance training to target fat
burning, while still giving you a full body
workout that strengthens
those muscles. If you did not know building muscle is one of the most
effective weight loss workouts. With strength training, you will be
burning fat long after the workout, tone up your body to give you that
lean tight body form. Combined with high
intensity cardio, you also get
the benefit of an improved cardio-vascular i.e. heart and lung
function.
But here is the
kicker; the whole work of three circuits will take you about 12 to 14
minutes to do!
The six exercises
demonstrated are;
Plank
To Push Ups: This exercise targets biceps. But also work
other parts of your arm as well as your core muscles i.e. your abs and
back
Side
Bridges & Knee Drives: This work out targets your
upper leg with an emphasis on the groin muscle. It also involves your
core muscles a lot.
Triceps
Blasters: These are not called blasters for nothing.
These babies will help you firm that underarm as you lose flab. Also
works the core.
Wall
Sit: I bet you are thinking, “I can do that no
problem”. Ofcourse, until you have spent about 20 seconds on
it. Adding the modification of drawing small circles makes you involve
your muscles more. Hits your legs (both quads and hamstring), shoulders
as well as the core.
Side
Laying Biceps: You know boys like big guns. And there is
nothing as a girl with well tones arm (read First Lady Michelle
Obama)
Forward,
Backward Lunges: A great exercise for your legs, both
front and back as well as glutes (buttock muscles). Highly recommended
for women who want to firm and lift up their buts.
Definitely a great
full body weight loss workout you can do in the house or anywhere you
have a floor and a wall. But there is a problem. Once you have done a
session of these weight loss exercises I can guarantee you will be
looking for something to eat. Now here is the problem, you can easily
undo all that you did in those exercises by eating more calories than
you need.
