Weight loss hypnosis is presented as an all natural, safe and healthy method for losing weight. It is even promoted at times as an easy way to lose weight. But is weight loss hypnosis a proven weight loss treatment? Can you really lose weight permanently through hypnosis?

Before we look into the dynamics of weight loss hypnosis, it is best first to put the problem into perspective in relation to weight loss hypnosis. Obesity has been defined by W.H.O as a multi-factorial disease. This means the factors that result to you being overweight are not confined to the popular poor diet and lack of exercises.
