Weight loss without exercising is the long route to losing weight

 Weight loss without exercising is really a lucrative advertisement claim particularly for weight loss pills and other similar support structures. And though such products attract criticism, some of them do have some effect, albeit little.

But weight loss without exercising is infact the exception rather that the rule. Weight loss occurs when you provide the body less energy than you need. The body is then forced to draw from its reserves which is basically the body fat.

Theoretically, you can identify your ideal weight then you can calculate how much calories are required to simply maintain that weight. Then all you do is design all your daily meals to strictly provide only these calories in a day. But on the other hand you are still eating the same calories you have been eating since you were 23 years. So simply by natural decrease of lean tissue you end up having excess calorie intake without increasing your calorie intake - interesting huh!

Weight loss exercises like weight loss strength training help to stop the lean tissue atrophy and hence keep your metabolism high. Apart from muscle atrophy, weight loss without exercising will leave you with very few options in managing your weight. For example you have to be extra careful with your weight loss diet because a few slips here and there amount to undoing what weight lose you have achieved.
